Where we ship
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp, and once payment is received we pack and dispatch within 2–4 working days.
Delivery times
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch
- Rest of India: 5–8 working days after dispatch
During Diwali and Ganpati season, please order a week earlier — couriers get busy.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,499. For smaller orders we confirm the shipping charge on WhatsApp before you pay.
Tracking
We share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.
Fragile items
Terracotta, ceramic and glass pieces are packed in layers of paper and bubble wrap. If anything arrives damaged, see our Return Policy.
